These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Qwickrank, a service operated by Anuj Kumar ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Qwickrank. By creating an account, accessing, or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Qwickrank is an AI-assisted platform that generates SEO articles and publishes them to connected sites on your behalf, subject to the plan limits you have selected.

Acceptable use

Don't use Qwickrank to generate spam, malware, illegal content, or content that infringes on third-party rights. You must not interfere with the security of the service, scrape it, or attempt to circumvent technical limits. Plan limits are enforced server-side.

Your account and content

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account. You own the articles you generate. You are responsible for fact-checking and ensuring publication complies with your local laws and the policies of the platforms you publish to. You grant us a limited licence to host and process your content solely to provide the service.

Payment, billing and subscription

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes, renewals, cancellations and refunds are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, available at paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Upgrades take effect immediately on a prorated basis; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly violate our policies. You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. On termination, your right to use the service ends; we may retain data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, change, or suspend features with reasonable notice. We disclaim all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) to the fullest extent permitted by law.

AI-generated content

Outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not a substitute for professional advice. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs before publishing, and for ensuring you have rights to any input content. We may refuse, filter, or remove outputs and suspend accounts for prohibited use (illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, IP infringement, jailbreaking).

Liability

Qwickrank is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (including loss of profits, data, or goodwill). Our total aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where such limitation is prohibited by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of competent jurisdiction in India.
