This Privacy Notice explains how Anuj Kumar ("we", "us", "our"), trading as Qwickrank, collects and processes personal data when you use the Qwickrank service. Anuj Kumar is the data controller responsible for your personal data.
Information we collect

- Account data: name, email, password (hashed), profile details (account type, organisation name, industry).
- Content data: articles and prompts you generate, project settings.
- Connection data: credentials for sites you publish to (stored encrypted).
- Usage and device data: IP address, browser, log and telemetry data, plan usage counters.
- Support data: messages you send to support.
How we use it and legal basis
- To provide and operate the service, generate articles, and publish on your behalf — performance of a contract.
- To enforce plan limits, prevent fraud, and secure the service — legitimate interests.
- To send transactional email — performance of a contract.
- To send marketing email (where applicable) — consent, which you may withdraw at any time.
- To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations — legal obligation.
Who we share data with
- Paddle.com Market Limited — our Merchant of Record, which handles checkout, billing, payments, subscription management, taxes, invoices, and refunds. See Paddle's privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy.
- AI providers used to generate article content.
- Image providers used to source illustrations.
- Hosting and infrastructure providers that store and serve the application.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) and authorities where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We retain account and content data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion or 24 months of inactivity, we delete or anonymise personal data, except where we must keep records for legal, tax, or accounting purposes (typically up to 7 years). Backups are purged on a rolling basis.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption of stored credentials, access controls, and regular review of our systems. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port your personal data, object to processing, and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any right, contact contact@qwickrank.com; we respond within one month.
